1. Program Overview

The TeeWager Partner Course Program ("Program") allows eligible golf courses ("Partner") to earn referral commissions when golfers who access the TeeWager app via a Partner's unique QR code upgrade to a TeeWager Pro subscription. TeeWager ("Company") reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time with 30 days written notice.

2. Commission Structure

Partners earn 15% of net revenue collected from each Pro subscription attributed to their unique QR code. Commission is calculated on the net amount received by TeeWager after payment processor fees. Current rates: Monthly Pro ($2.99/mo) → $0.37/mo; Annual Pro ($29.90/yr) → $3.83/yr; Lifetime ($49.99 once) → $6.33 once.

3. Attribution

A subscription is attributed to a Partner when a user scans the Partner's unique QR code, installs the app, and purchases a Pro subscription within 90 days of their first scan. Each QR code is unique to the Partner and must not be shared with other venues or parties.

4. Payout Schedule

Commissions are paid on or around the 15th of each calendar month for all qualifying activity in the prior calendar month. A minimum balance of $10.00 is required for payout. Balances below this threshold roll forward until the minimum is reached. TeeWager is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect banking information provided by the Partner.

5. Promotional Materials

TeeWager will provide an initial starter kit of branded promotional materials at no cost to the Partner. Additional materials may be requested at any time and are subject to availability and shipping charges. Promotional materials remain the property of TeeWager and must not be altered or defaced. Partner agrees to display materials in good condition in visible customer-facing areas of the course.

6. Partner Obligations

Partner agrees to: (a) display TeeWager promotional materials in at least one customer-facing location; (b) provide accurate banking or mailing information for payouts; (c) notify TeeWager within 14 days of any change in ownership, contact, or banking information; (d) not make representations about TeeWager beyond what is stated on the provided materials.

7. No Exclusivity

This agreement is non-exclusive. TeeWager may partner with multiple golf courses in the same geographic area. Partner is free to promote other apps or services alongside TeeWager.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 14 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid at the next regular payout date. TeeWager reserves the right to immediately terminate any Partner found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, misuse of QR codes, or violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TeeWager's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the commissions paid to Partner in the prior three calendar months. TeeWager is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Partner Program and supersedes all prior agreements.

Frequently asked questions
Each partner course receives a unique QR code. When a golfer scans it, downloads the app, and upgrades to Pro within 90 days, that subscription is attributed to your course. The QR code is yours — it doesn't expire and you can reorder materials with the same code anytime.
Payouts go out on or around the 15th of each month for the prior month's activity. You choose ACH direct deposit (fastest) or a paper check mailed to your address. You'll receive an earnings report by email each month showing exactly how many conversions came from your QR code and what you earned.
You earn commission for every month a subscriber is active. If they cancel and re-subscribe later, you continue earning as long as the original attribution to your QR code is within the 90-day window. After 90 days, re-subscriptions from returning users are not re-attributed.
None. The starter kit is free, shipping is on us, and there are no monthly fees or minimums. You can cancel the partnership at any time with 14 days notice. Any commissions earned before cancellation are still paid out at the next regular payout date.
Yes — email partners@teewager.io anytime to request additional materials. Reorders use the same QR code so attribution is unaffected. We aim to fulfill reorders within 7–10 business days.
High-traffic golfer areas work best: the bar, pro shop counter, cart staging area, and dining tables. The more visible the QR code, the more scans — and the more you earn. We've seen the best results with magnets on carts combined with a counter placard at the bar.
No — TeeWager is free to download and play. Your golfers don't need an account to start. The QR code takes them straight to the app download page, they play a free round, and if they love it they upgrade to Pro. You earn on the upgrade, not the download.
Absolutely. Each location gets its own unique QR code and earns commissions independently. Submit one application per location so we can set up separate payout accounts and send starter kits to each address.
